USDA Albuquerque New Mexico Consolidation/Collocation Lease Consolidation

USDA has 4 agencies (APHIS, FSA, RD and NRCS) in GSA-assigned space in Albuquerque, NM totaling 47,794 square feet. Meanwhile FS has a long term lease, expiring in 2025, with some excess capacity. USDA has partnered with GSA?s Workplace Plus initiative to examine potential savings in consolidating these 4 agencies into the FS complex.
